STADA UK Thornton & Ross – Assistant Brand Manager (Consumer Healthcare)

Huddersfield |U.K.| Full-time | Permanent

Join our dynamic team and be responsible for the growth of our leading Over-the-Counter (OTC) brands, including Covonia, Tixylix and Metanium. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager this role will be a great starting point for anyone wishing to undertake a career in Brand Management. The successful candidate will gain hands on experience of all aspects of the marketing mix and will take on more responsibility as their knowledge and confidence grows.

You will have responsibility for leading NPD projects from end to end working with the consumer insights department to create a strong sales story. You’ll need well developed stakeholder management skills as you’ll be collaborating cross functionally to ensure launches deliver commercial excellence. Monitoring trends in the marketplace, you’ll help to identify gaps in the range and create clear briefs with these in mind.

How You Will Make An Impact

You will assist the Senior Brand Manager to manage the brand P&L and deliver commercial objectives, supporting the analysis of brand performance, forecasting, and tracking of changes.
You will assist in the execution of brand plans and the delivery of the NPD programme, including analysis and tracking of NPD launches, market and brand data, and marketing investment and ROI.
You will take ownership of securing sign-off of comms materials via PAGB and MMM, and manage the day-to-day digital assets and requirements for websites, social platforms, Amazon, Brandbank, and C&D.
You will support the sales team by providing brand and SKU info, sending out assets, briefing/creating digital and print assets, and owning the 'Pharmacy Toolkit' by brand.
You will take ownership of key processes and systems used to manage the brands, including product codes & SAP, change control, and raising POs via Ariba.
You will support the preparation of presentations for internal and external meetings, product training, and delivery when required, and undertake any other work as may be reasonably required.

What We Are Looking For

Educated to a degree level in Marketing, Business or Communications, at grade 2:1 or above, or a related field, preferred but not mandatory.
You possess commercial and strategic awareness, confidence in dealing with people at different levels and departments, and comfort working with external agencies.
A creative thinker who can develop innovative ideas, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and can meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
Ability to manage your own workload, adhering to project timelines and perform critical thinking to overcome the challenges of the transition project.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
