You will be covering Commercial, Residential, Local Authority, and Public Sector sites carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical services in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. For the successful candidate, out client can offer cross training into other environmental sectors, a competitive basic salary and generous holiday allowance. Experience & Qualifications: " Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role. " Experience working hands on as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. " Well versed in HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Excellent communication and IT skills, able to produce reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Able to organise workload in line with company and client needs. The Role:" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys. " Ensuring to carry out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work. " Conducting 4 stage clearances. " Personal, leak, background, re-assurance, and personal air testing. " Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Producing detailed reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
