Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire. Salary / Benefits £24k - £42k + Training + BenefitsWe are recruiting for a fully UKAS accredited Environmental Consultancy in the Yorkshire region who due to gaining new contracts are now seeking to take on a qualified and knowledgeable Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. Working on predominantly Commercial sites, you will be working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines to conduct the full range of surveying and analytical duties in line with agreed time frames. For the successful candidate, our client can offer opportunities for overtime with excellent overtime rates. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Keighley, Bradford, Huddersfield, Harrogate, Selby, Garforth, Tadcaster, Knaresborough, Wetherby, Pontefract, Mexborough, Retford, Gainsborough, Wakefield, Scunthorpe, Barnsley, Rotherham, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Doncaster, Worksop.Experience & Qualifications: " Will hold industry relevant qualifications e.g. P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent. " Experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Constancy, with a strong background as a surveyor / analyst. " Well versed in HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Excellent IT skills, able to use TEAMS." Good communication skills. The Role:" Undertaking management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys on Commercial sites. " Carrying out smoke, leak, re-assurance, background, and personal air testing. " 4 stage clearances. " Ensuring work is carried out in compliance with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. " Using industry relevant systems to produce detailed and site-specific reports. " Collaborating closely with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support.
