Job Title: Asbestos Administrator / Project Co-ordinator. Location: Bromley, Kent. Salary / Benefits £24k - £30k + Training + BenefitsA busy and established Asbestos Consultancy are now looking to expand their team of Administrators in the South East region by recruiting a focused and flexible Asbestos Administrator / Project Co-ordinator. You will be working alongside a team of established administrators / co-ordinators and will be responsible for ensuring smooth day to day running of the business, working closely with managers to provide support, organising site staff schedules and liaising with clients to confirm work to be carried out. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and will be able to work well in high pressure and fast paced environments. Due to the nature of the role, our client would give consideration to candidates with a background in Removals or Surveying.Consideration will be given to candidates from: Orpington, Epsom, Dartford, Maidstone, Gillingham, Tilbury, Tonbridge, Grays, Sidcup, Erith, Bexleyheath. Experience & Qualifications: " Will ideally have experience working within a busy Asbestos Consultancy working within an administrative/ project co-ordination position. " Keen eye for detail. " Excellent time management skills, prioritising workload in line with company needs. " Able to work well in a fast paced and continuously changing environment." IT literate, able to use email / produce reports / update systems when required. " Excellent communication skills via phone, email & face to face. The Role:" Scheduling asbestos work to be carried out on Commercial & Industrial sites." Liaising with clients to confirm work to be carried out and dates, ensuring to efficiently co-ordinate projects. " Ensuring internal systems are up to date and accurate. " Logging all jobs onto internal systems in a timely manner. " Organising accommodation for site staff when required." Typing up accurate reports using information received from site staff, ensuring to submit to clients in a timely manner. " Liaising with site staff to rectify any anomalies in reports. " Providing day to day support to management, including organising meetings / liaising with clients. " Undertaking general administrative duties including scanning, filing, and efficient document control, sending / receiving emails and making / answering phone calls.
