Job Title: AMI Coordinator

Location: Marlow

Contract: 12 Months / Hybrid 3 days onsite

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Rates: £23.07p/h

Job Description

SRG are looking for an AMI Program coordinator to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Marlow. As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Medical Institute Director, AMI Managers in the effective implementation of Medical Education activities within the UK/I company's business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Medical Education Programme Execution and Reconciliation
Provide support to AMI Manager in the development, approval, and production of educational materials
Support the reconciliation of AMI events ensuring all required documentation is in order
Meetings and Event Management
Support logistical elements of AMI Meetings and Events
Sales Team Support
Act as point of contact for sales teams providing administrative and logistical support
Promotional compliance
Liaise with Regulatory and Medical Information departments to ensure compliance with ABPI codes of practice and all relevant company procedures and protocols
External Customer Support
Manage day to day support of external customers in relation to AMI programs and services through the AMI Support Inbox
Dealing with incoming queries from potential customers and 3rd parties
Ensure that any adverse events are reported within the correct time frameExperience and Qualifications

Excellent organisational / strong project management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise, excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Comprehensive understanding of ABPI Code of Practice is desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in graphic design software such as Canva/Adobe strongly preferred
