Lumbry Park Veterinary Specialists is a large multidisciplinary referral hospital providing veterinary referral services across the South of England including London and the Thames Valley. Our specialist services include Anaesthesia and Analgesia, Orthopaedic surgery, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Internal Medicine, Soft Tissue Surgery, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Cardiology, Emergency and Critical Care, Oncology, and Diagnostic Imaging. The hospital is an ISFM gold feline clinic and was awarded the BVHA design award for an outstanding working environment. We are part of CVS (UK) Ltd, the largest provider of integrated veterinary services in the UK; the referrals division currently operates eight referral hospitals in the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for an enthusiastic RVN who is passionate about anaesthesia and analgesia to join our excellent and dedicated anaesthesia referral nursing team. This role involves working alongside a fantastic team of anaesthesia nurses and veterinary anaesthetists. We have a wide variety of cases from stable orthopaedic cases right through to critical cases, so every day is different. All cases are supported by a specialist anaesthetist from start to finish so they are always available to help with any complications.

We have an 8 week induction process to help you settle into your new role and get to know the team, and you will be assigned a mentor to help support with any further training you may feel necessary.
