Role: Advanced Biomedical Scientist - BiochemistryLocation: LondonContract: Full time, PermanentSalary: Up to £58,000A brilliant private Laboratory is seeking an experienced Advanced Biomedical Scientist in Biochemistry to join their team.Main duties:Accurately process samples, and monitor and resolve outstanding listsEnsure Validation / authorising queue is monitored regularly and there are no build upsProactively manage the flow between specimen reception and Chemistry efficientlyCommunicate effectively with Consultant Biochemists and ensure results needing clinical escalation happens promptlyActively support training of junior staff and Trainee BMS staffDraw up staff rotas for section coverEnsure all equipment in Biochemistry is working correctlyReview and revision of SOPs and other documentsRequirements:BSc.
