We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-drivenAccuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACT)to join a supportive and forward-thinking pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified ACT to make a real impact in a growing, community-oriented pharmacy.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conductfinal accuracy checkson dispensed medications to ensure full compliance with legal, safety, and operational standards.
  • Support thedispensing process, verifying that medications are prepared and labelled accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of prescriptions and immediately report discrepancies.
  • Mentor and supportjunior staff to maintain a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Engage incontinuous professional development, staying abreast of regulatory updates and best practices.


What We’re Looking For:



  • NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent, perGPhCstandards).
  • RegisteredPharmacy Technicianwith the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Proven experience inaccuracy checkingwithin a pharmacy setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of UKpharmacy regulations and protocols.
