Join a leading healthcare agency, currently seeking a new Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to become a key part of their award-winning healthcare Client Services team.

The Company & Role:
You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the largest pharmaceutical companies, supporting their initiatives globally. You’ll work on a great range of deliverables across the medical education and creative healthcare space (an opportunity to add more strings to your bow). These deliverables could include events, creative campaigns, digital print, disease awareness campaigns, meetings, websites, omnichannel marketing/planning, strategy and new business development. This role offers a highly supportive environment with great retention rates and growth opportunities.

The successful candidates can anticipate:
Shaping new strategies for healthcare clients.
Collaborating across diverse accounts, therapy areas, and deliverables, from print and digital to campaign strategy, workshops, events/meetings, and omnichannel marketing/planning.
Engaging in new business opportunities.

‍ Responsibilities:
Oversees day-to-day account operations, supporting the Account Director or Senior Account Director.
Leads projects/campaigns, contributing to strategic discussions, reviewing creative, developing timelines and budgets, and driving projects through the agency.
Understand the client's business and brief.
Fosters daily client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within healthcare communications
Possesses strong communication skills and rapport-building with clients.
Works independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure.
Demonstrates curiosity and inquisitiveness.
Exhibits commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines.
Is a team player, collaborating effectively with planning, creative, and production.
Familiarity with ABPI regulations.
