After an exciting new rebrand this integrated healthcare communications agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their medical communications team. The agency has had an incredibly exciting few years including moving into amazing new offices on the river Thames with its sister agencies, growing its US presence, and investing significantly in growth, particularly in new junior talent.


Their capabilities and projects are very broad covering medical affairs, commercial & marketing, market access & HEOR, clinical trials, comms, advocacy and PR.


If you have solid healthcare agency experience and want to join an agency working at the forefront of life-changing communications, then this is the perfect opportunity.


(N.B The role can be remote (must be UK-based), hybrid or fully office based in London).


The Senior Account Manager

  • You will work within their medical communications team (the biggest team in the agency) on a range of medaffairs projects and accounts
  • Working with top pharmaceutical and healthcare clients on allocated accounts
  • You will provide clients with effective counsel, be responsible for challenging briefs, managing issues and ensuring quality service, as well as recommending innovative and strategic solutions.
  • Setting and managing budgets on your accounts
  • Advocating for the agency in new business, including getting involved with pitches etc.


Requirements

  • Healthcare agency experience up to at least account manager level
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience in managing the finance of a project and tracking budgets
  • Ability to adapt to new therapy areas, projects and accounts
  • A passion for healthcare and making a difference through communications
