Main responsibilities:

  • Multi-Channel HCP Engagement
    Customize engagement strategies using face-to-face and virtual channels to match stakeholder preferences.
  • Build Relationships
    Establish and maintain strong connections with HCPs, fostering trust and product adoption.
  • Account Prioritization
    Identify key accounts, map stakeholders, and focus on COPD and severe asthma opportunities.
  • Patient Access Enhancement
    Work with NHS Trusts, ICBs, and other bodies to optimize access and formulary inclusion.
  • Pre- and Post-Launch Activities
    Execute key activities to support product introduction while ensuring ABPI compliance.
  • Policy and Market Analysis
    Stay updated on NHS policies and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.


About you

Experience:

  • Proven Track Record
    Success in pharmaceutical sales or market access within the NHS.


  • Multichannel & Analytical Agility
    Experience in omnichannel engagement and data-driven execution.


  • Specialty Care/Respiratory Expertise
    Strong knowledge in respiratory and biologics.


Soft and technical skills:

  • Scientific Communication
    Ability to effectively convey scientific information to HCPs.


  • Collaborative Spirit
    Foster a collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to achieving results.


  • Leadership Skills
    Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategies effectively.


  • Code Compliance
    Understanding of ABPI/IPHA Codes of Practice and their practical application.
