About the Role

We seek an experienced Account Manager to be the main client contact, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of campaigns that exceed expectations. The role requires excellent relationship-building and project management skills, collaborating closely with our team. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to London for meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead small to medium-sized briefs and serve as the primary client contact, fostering positive relationships.

Assess and critique work to ensure client needs are understood and communicated effectively.

Manage projects with high organization to deliver on time, within budget, and surpass expectations.

Proofread work with exceptional attention to detail.

Potential involvement in pharmacovigilance monitoring, recording, and reporting.

Understand the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing industry and demonstrate passion for diverse marketing disciplines.

Manage client budgets, provide updates, follow up on POs, and control external costs.

Adhere to deadlines and proactively address potential issues.

Complete daily timesheets via EASL.

About the Person

Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in healthcare.

Strong presentation and influencing skills.

Understanding of creative evaluation and experience in developing campaigns.

Knowledge of digital platforms and multi-channel communication.

Collaborative yet independent working style.

Bachelor’s degree in Biosciences, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent (highly desirable).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with strong time-management skills.

Interest in continuous learning and personal development.
