Star People is looking for an exceptional Multi-channel Account Manager!

Successful candidates will be responsible for client working, selling to health care professionals via multi-channel sales methodologies, and managing accounts effectively through strategic planning, multi-channel engagement, and strong collaborative efforts.

Our client is one of the world's largest specialty generic pharmaceutical companies and they provide high-quality, affordable medicines trusted by customers and patients in over 100 countries.


Job Overview:

  • Engage in strategic selling activities directed towards specific Health Care Professionals at PCN and ICB Level and accounts as defined and agreed upon with the client.
  • Engage with HCPs across various categories and levels through an equal blend of communication methods including phone calls, emails, and video conferences.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand the client’s product portfolio revenue and market share through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.


To be successful:

  • Demonstrated expertise in engaging with clients and healthcare professionals in multi-channel format to ICB and PCN level.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data, sales performance, and customer feedback, using insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including sales, market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory environment ideally within the generics space.
  • ABPI Qualification
