Four’s health media team is currently seeking an account executive to support on key accounts in the pharmaceutical, health and life sciences sectors. We are offering a unique opportunity for someone to develop their career as a paid-media specialist and join a highly successful and award-winning team of expert paid-media planning and buying specialists.
We require a proactive, keen and driven individual to develop their client management, logistical and data-analysis skills and be an integral part of our busy team. You will bring attention to detail, a solutions-focused mentality, be commercially-minded and capable of multi-tasking to deliver high quality work under pressure.
Ideally, you will have a knowledge of paid-media, digital media or general marketing and advertising. Experience within health and/or pharmaceutical advertising and marketing would be advantageous, though not essential (training will be provided). We are looking for someone who encapsulates all of these skills:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to express ideas clearly
Excellent numeracy skills and accuracy
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Initiative and ability to identify issues and develop solutions
Creativity and ability to generate ideas
Good organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
Desire to learn about all areas of the business
Ability to handle a busy workload, prioritise and be flexible
Good level of proficiency with required IT packages: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
Multi-lingual would be advantageous
Key aspects of the role:
Ensure the smooth running of your client team supporting the account manager, director and other members of the team
Source crucial information and provide organisational excellence to ensure flawless planning and execution of media campaigns
Create proposals and reports in PowerPoint and contribute towards visually appealing media plans using Excel
Attend meetings and provide a clear outline of deliverables thereafter, as well as presenting ideas/outcomes to clients where appropriate
Understand and contribute towards recommendations to maximise success for your client
Identifying opportunities via media monitoring and active networking
Liaise with key stakeholders (publishers, creative agencies, internal teams) to ensure key campaign milestones are reached and client is fully informed of the status of their account
Manipulate, analyse and interpret data in Excel
Deliver a high standard of data reporting based on working with both campaign data and existing data sources – delivered in both written and verbal format
Develop your understanding of healthcare systems, pharmaceutical advertising and therapy areas that are relevant to your client
