Our client, an integrated healthcare communications agency is looking for an Account Director to join their growing creative marketing practice. You will be able to collaborate across diverse teams in the business including medical affairs, commercial & marketing, market access & HEOR, clinical trials, comms, advocacy and PR. The creative marketing team is in a phase of growth so you will be able to genuinely wield influence and help shape the practice’s development.

If you have solid healthcare agency experience and want to join an agency working at the forefront of life-changing communications, then this is the perfect opportunity.

(N.B The role will require two days in their central London offices).

The Account Director:

You will work within their creative marketing team on a range of projects and accounts Working with top pharmaceutical and healthcare clients on allocated accounts You will provide clients with effective counsel, be responsible for promoting creativity, challenging briefs, managing issues and ensuring quality service, as well as recommending innovative and strategic solutions. Setting and managing budgets on your accounts Advocating for the agency in new business, including getting involved with pitches etc. Requirements:

Healthcare marketing/ advertising agency experience up to at least senior account manager level Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines Experience in managing the finance of a project and tracking budgets Ability to adapt to new therapy areas, projects and accounts
A passion for healthcare and making a difference through communications
