We’re working with a leadingpharmaceutical marketing agencyon the lookout for a driven and strategicAccount Directorto join their expanding team. This is your chance to take ownership of complex, scientifically rich campaigns for some of the world’s top pharma brands.


Based4 days a week from their Berkshire office, you’ll be at the heart of an agency delivering impactful, integrated campaigns acrossdigital, events, and medical education, spanning key therapy areas likeoncology, neurology, dermatology and rare diseases.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading key client accounts and becoming atrusted strategic advisor.
  • Scoping new commercial opportunities and driving organic account growth.
  • Managing and mentoring a small, high-performing team.
  • Overseeing end-to-end delivery ofmulti-channel campaigns, ensuring scientific accuracy and creative excellence.
  • Collaborating with in-house medical writers, creatives, digital, and events specialists.
  • Acting as the bridge between strategy, client services and execution – keeping timelines, budgets, and expectations on track.


What we’re looking for:

  • A solid background inhealthcare/pharma marketing or med comms, ideally agency-side.
  • Confident working acrosscomplex scientific contentand communicating with clarity and creativity.
  • Commercially savvy – with a proactive mindset when it comes toidentifying and developing new business.
  • A natural leader with strong project management skills and a collaborative approach.
