Job Summary

Pre-con team are seeking a skilled 3D/4D Modeler to help support across tenders to enhance our planning and 3D visual capabilities. You will be looking to support our construction projects with precise 3D modelling, data management, 4D visuals and contribute to our operational efficiency.


Main Responsibilities and Requirements for the 3D Modeler:

Responsibilities:

  • Converting 2D to 3D data
  • Reviewing and processing 3D data
  • Provide assistant within tenders for 2D, 3D & 4D visuals
  • Supporting planning with the use of 3D models
  • Staying up to date with latest development of BIM & 4D planning tools
  • Enhancing visuals with postproduction tools


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
  • Strong understanding of construction processes
  • Previous experience working in the Construction, Build, Infrastructure or civils industries
  • Desirable experience in Sketchup, 3DS Max
  • Desirable experience in post-production tools such as Adobe After effects, Pro & Photoshop
  • Excellent communication, collaboration skills & working as a team
  • Attention to detail and precision in work output
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Good understanding of 4D but no requirement of using 4D Planning tools (Synchro, LumenRT)
