Job Description CK Group are recruiting for 2 xMicrobiologists, to join a global leading food brand company, attheir site based in Wokingham, this is a part time role (coveringweekends), on a contract basis for 6 months. Salary: Hourly from£14.74 to £18.43 PAYE, depending on experience. MicrobiologistRole: * This role is primarily weekend working, carrying outtesting for Routine Analysis (Endotoxins, Bioburdens, Total ViableCount, Environmental Monitoring). * Perform a range of basicroutine analysis using (list techniques) under supervision of asenior member of staff. * Operate basic lab equipment. * Use ofgeneric and specific software packages required for the role:Laboratory’s LIMS system, Q-Pulse, etc. * Perform Lab admin andhousekeeping duties, as directed. Your Background: * Experience ofHigh volume routine testing as microbiologist. * Either universitybackground or with hands on experience, there is a range of ratesavailable depending on experience. * Must be within 45 minutes ofsite (Wokingham), and able to work Saturday & Sundays. *Accountable, honest, hardworking and able to work efficiently in ateam environment. * Meticulous attention to detail and an abilityto follow written instructions. * Good written and verbalcommunication skills.
