An exciting opportunity to join an industry-leading Clean Air / Critical Air specialist has arisen for a Validation Engineer in the North West of England. You will be joining a supportive and innovative company who offers comprehensive further training and development opportunities. Ideally, applicants will be based close to: St Helens, Wigan, Leigh, Ashton-in-Makerfield, Warrington, Manchester, Lymm, Altrincham, Eccles, Knutsford, Runcorn, Widney, Ellesmere Port, Birkenhead, Liverpool, Kirkby, Prescot, Bolton, Rochdale, Bury, Formby, Crosby, Bootle, Southport, Chorley, Blackburn, Preston, Lytham St Annes, Blackpool, Chester, Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax, Macclesfield.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Must have a strong record working as a Validation Engineer for a Clean Air / Critical Air company
  • Will ideally hold the BOHS P601 and / or CSA grades / Eastwood Park training
  • Well-versed in ISO / HTM 0301 guidelines
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong written & IT skills
  • Flexible to travel when required

    The Role:
  • Conducting validations of critical ventilation systems and clean rooms across pharmaceautical and healthcare client sites
  • HEPA filter and DOP testing
  • Particle counting
  • Testing and servicing of fume cupboards
  • Inspections, testing and repairs to AHUs
  • Measuring of air flow and pressure
  • Identifying system performance issues and making recommendations for repairs
  • Completing regular and thorough service reports
  • Maintaining the company's excellent reputation whilst attending client sites
  • Answering client queries and providing technical support
