Site Manager – Pharmaceutical – Midlands (Ireland) – Urgent Requirement

We are currently Partnering with a High-Growth, Market Leader in the Modular Cleanroom Design for the Biopharmaceutical sector. Demonstrating success across the UK and EMEA, they are currently seeking a Site Manager to help further develop their growth in the Midlands.

Responsibilities

* Manage Internal Finishes Delivery Within Controlled Cleanroom Environments

Oversee the installation of specialist internal finishes including cleanroom wall systems, ceilings, flooring, doors, hygienic finishes and associated architectural elements, ensuring all works meet project specifications, contamination-control standards and programme milestones.

* Coordinate Specialist Finishes Subcontractors & Site Activities

Direct and manage multiple subcontractors responsible for cleanroom finishes, maintaining strict sequencing of works, resolving installation challenges and ensuring productivity across all controlled areas.

* Ensure Compliance with Quality, Regulatory & Cleanroom Standards

Implement rigorous quality assurance procedures across all internal finishes, ensuring installations meet pharmaceutical and life sciences facility requirements, including strict tolerances, hygiene standards and validation expectations.

* Drive Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

Promote a strong safety culture across internal works, enforce HSE procedures, review method statements and risk assessments, and ensure safe working practices within controlled environments.

* Monitor Programme Delivery & Resolve Site Constraints

Track progress against the construction schedule, manage short-term look-ahead planning, identify constraints impacting internal finishes works and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project milestones and handover targets.

Requirements

Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role look at Internal finishing packages on similar projects (preferably Cleanrooms)

Must be based within a commutable distance of Athlone

Must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
