What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a360 recruitment deskwith existing clients and live vacancies, while identifying new business opportunities and building client partnerships.
- Source and engage top talent globally within thePharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectorthrough headhunting and networking.
- Work closely with clients and candidates to solve hiring challenges and deliver strategic talent solutions.
- Place candidates in highly specialized, niche roles across the industry.
- Stay informed on sector trends and market dynamics to offer informed, consultative advice.
