Location: North West (Ideally Wirral)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £70,000 (Depending on Experience)

As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager who thrives on responsibility, excels in complex environments, and is ready to lead strategic, multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept to completion.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing multiple complex projects to successful, on-time, and within-budget completion
- Conducting feasibility studies and engineering assessments to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborating with senior client stakeholders (Directors and VPs) to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Developing detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and CAPEX forecasts
- Ensuring all project activities meet regulatory standards and follow best practices
- Managing the full project lifecycle—from initial brief to handover
- Providing expert input on design, procurement, and technical decisions
- Identifying project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven experience managing engineering or manufacturing projects (3+ years minimum)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and project-related IT systems
- Health & safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) and familiarity with APM/Prince2 methodologies (preferred)
