This is a very special role and opportunity for an ambitious market research professional who would get the opportunity to develop a strategic framework on how quantitative and qualitative research can be integrated to offer a comprehensive market perspective, lead the integration of advanced quantitative techniques such as segmentation analysis, conjoint analysis, and other predictive modelling approaches and train and mentor colleagues across levels to strengthen the company’s overall quantitative research capabilities


Our client specialises in providing strategic insights to global pharmaceutical companies, they offer a full range of market research services, as well as consulting support. The company collaborates closely with pharmaceutical strategic insights teams, functioning as an extension of these teams to deliver high-quality, actionable insights. Their expertise spans various therapeutic areas, and they have supported five of the top ten global pharmaceutical companies, along with several biotech firms.


The Associate Director of Quantitative Research is to support projects and enhance their quantitative research approach, ensuring their methodologies are robust, high-quality, laser-focused on client needs, and scalable. This role is ideal for an experienced quantitative research professional who is passionate about data-driven insights, has a deep understanding of market research methodologies, and thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a hands-on leader for quantitative research projects, with an initial focus on global tracking studies
  • Develop surveys that effectively capture the insights needed to inform client objectives
  • Oversee project setup and methodology, working closely with third-party vendors for survey programming and design
  • Ensure data quality by overseeing the project team and/or third-party vendor activities such as data cleaning, processing, analysis, interpretation, story building, visualisation, and reporting
