Reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to uphold industry regulations, company policies, and internal auditing requirements.

Ensuring adherence to the product testing schedule, recording and analysing results to identify trends, and escalating any out-of-spec findings. Overseeing environmental monitoring, allergen, and water testing, investigating any issues, and supporting corrective actions. Preparing documentation and leading traceability exercises for external audits. Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and food safety standards. Identifying quality and food safety risks, working with departments to implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA). Communicating effectively with operational teams to address quality concerns. Delivering Food Safety and Quality training as needed. Conducting environmental swabbing and tracking trends. Contributing to site meetings and business quality projects to drive improvements.

The ideal candidate will:

A degree (or equivalent) in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline (preferred) Possess knowledge of HACCP and BRC Experience with participation in audits Ability to work with flours and flavourings while following appropriate PPE requirements
