Project Manager

My client are a unique Irish owned construction business.

Establishment in 2011, they have delivered lightening protection systems, earthing systems and surge protection devices across the European data centre, pharmaceutical, commercial, and renewable energy sectors.

They currently have multiple large projects in London and Wales with many more in the pipeline and they need an ambitious Project manager to run it. These projects are for blue chip clients with the probability of further long term work all over the UK.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets.
• Attend all necessary daily weekly/monthly meeting.
• POC for the client and my clients site team.
• Implementing best practice in project controls, performance management, and Project Reporting.
• (“Manage, mentor and coordinate) “the entire project and multiple projects if needed.
• Manage the team members whilst managing program expectations from planning stage to completion.

• Requirements
• Degree/Higher Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 6-8 years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent understanding of finance and budgets.
• Good logistics and very organised.
• Strong commercial acumen
• Experience of managing projects and the logistics of same from cradle to grave is essential.
