Part-Time Pharmacist (30 Hours per Week) – £55,000 FTE
Location: Minehead, Somerset relocation package available 
Hours: 30 per week (Full-Time Equivalent: 40 hours)
Salary: £55,000 FTE (Pro-rata for part-time)
Contract: Permanent

Meridain Business Support is seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join our client in a part-time capacity, providing high-quality care to patients across our remote and primary care services based in Minehead, Somerset.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical advice and remote consultations to registered patients.
Support prescribing, audits, and the management of high-risk medications.
Conduct patient assessments and provide tailored pharmaceutical advice.
Prescribe urgent medications and manage repeat prescriptions safely.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical records and follow safeguarding protocols.
Ensure practice aligns with GPhC standards and contribute to service improvement.Requirements:
GPhC registered Pharmacist
Non-Medical Prescribing qualification
Completion of the CPPE Pathway (or due to complete this year)
Proven experience in a primary care setting
Confident in remote consultations and using clinical systems
Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and time management skillsBenefits (Pro-Rata):
