The Candidate- Multi Skilled Shift Engineer

·         You will be a time served Engineer and/or have obtained a qualification of NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

·         Experience within the Food & Drinks sector

·         Experience with planned preventative maintenance systems

·         Experience of fault finding with industrial machinery

·         Experience of interpreting both mechanical and electrical drawings

The Role – Multi Skilled Shift Engineer

·         Ensure Health & Safety best practices are carried out in all work activities

·         Assist with the development and implementation of Group Engineering standards for the business and ensure compliance at all times.

·         Carry out planned preventative maintenance on the full range of equipment within the site.

·         React quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties and work efficiently to fix the issue.

·         Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and sending feedback and suggestions for improvements to the management team.

·         Be able to communicate and cooperate with colleagues at all levels to achieve goals and maintain product quality.

·         Liaising with external suppliers and contractors
