APAC Distributor Manager wanted to join this growing, employee-owned international business.

Location: The successful candidate will be based within easy access to a major international airport, either in the UK,  China, Japan, Korea or South East Asia
Hours: Full time 
Type: Permanent
Salary range: up to 60k plus twice yearly profit share

A newly created role offering the opportunity to shape commercial success across the Asia-Pacific region within a global market leader in advanced sensor technologies for bioprocessing and brewing.

What will you be doing;
• Develop and support the distributor network across APAC
• Drive customer adoption and regional sales growth
• Lead prospecting, pipeline management, and accurate CRM forecasting
• Deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to customers
• Collaborate with UK-based teams on commercial strategy and customer satisfaction
• Travel regularly across Singapore, South Korea, Japan, China, and wider APAC
• Manage post-sales relationships and contribute to marketing activity

A little about you;
• Degree in biotechnology, cell biology, or similar (advanced degree preferred)
• 5+ years in bioprocessing, biotech, or brewing
• Proven APAC distributor/channel management experience
• Strong understanding of bioprocessing or brewing workflows and customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working independently and travelling internationally (25–30%)
• English fluency; Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean desirable
• CRM proficiency and valid driving licence
