Job Title: Benefit Operations Specialist

Location: Chester Business Park

Contract Details: 12 month rolling contract

Salary: £22 p/hour

Efficiently manage end-to-end operation of benefits programmes.
Act as escalation point for benefit inquiries and resolve Tier 2 issues.
Document processes and create training materials.
Implement new benefits and streamline existing processes.
Administer benefit eligibility, enrolments, and claims management.
Collaborate with various teams and vendors for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance and governance of total rewards programmes.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)

In-depth benefits administration experience.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of HR policies and regional employment laws.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Technologies: Workday, ServiceNow, Excel, HR administration systems.
