Applications Product Specialist

CK Group is recruiting for an Applications Product Specialist to join a company in the diagnostics industry on a contract basis for 9 months.

Salary:
Paying £200 - £230 per day PAYE or £265.27 - £305.06 per day UMBRELLA (inside IR35)

Applications Product Specialist Role:

Handling of external and internal enquiries, either remotely or directly 
Identification and troubleshooting of complex issues
Conducting and designing external/internal training
Information and knowledge transfer
On-site service activities – troubleshooting, installations, commissioning of instruments into routine useYour Background:

Previous experience of working in a hospital / research laboratory setting
Proven track record of troubleshooting experience 
Tissue/Cellular Pathology/Histology/Histopathology background. Immunohistochemistry/In Situ Hybridisation/ISH/IHC
Platforms - Benchmark Ultra/Ultra Plus/XT, Bond, DAKO
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools
Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural environment 
Full/clean driving licence & own transportCompany:

Location: 
This role is field based, covering sites within the South of England (Outside London and South of M4).  The applications product specialist will need to be located within the territory.
