Wastewater Process Specialist

Office / Lab based in Lane End, High Wycombe, HP14 3BY with visits to customer sites, in the UK or abroad, running pilot plant trials typically for up to a week at a time

Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 37 hours

25 Annual Leave + UK Bank Holidays (with option to buy/sell!), Pension Scheme, Private Medical Insurance, Access to a Private GP

ELGA is seeking innovative problem solvers to join our elite team of water purification experts. We design and build cutting edge small scale systems that tackle the toughest water and wastewater challenges across diverse industries like molecular biology, pharmaceuticals, clinical research, and environmental protection.

As a Wastewater Warrior, you'll be on the front lines developing revolutionary new "point-of-source" purification technologies and products. This is a chance to get your hands dirty working with the latest process technologies in our state of the art labs. You'll plan, design and operate test rigs to rigorously evaluate new approaches. From proof of concept to product testing with real clients, you'll meticulously carry out analytical work, crunch data, and craft clear reports detailing your findings.

Cross-functional collaboration is key as you work alongside other top talents to drive our product development road map forward. You'll interact with external partners while safeguarding proprietary information. Energising customer engagements will prove vital for demonstrating our game changing processes.
