About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for Team Leaders in our Order Preparation and Flows teams for the PM shift. If you’re passionate about leading teams, driving improvements, and fostering a positive work environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Key Attributes:

FMCG Background (Desirable)
Strong leadership mindset, able to motivate and influence
Solid understanding of warehouse operations
Good numeracy and computer skills
Health and Safety awareness
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

Your Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will:

Promote and maintain a proactive safety culture within your team
Ensure Health & Safety standards are consistently met
Update and maintain Risk Assessments and One Point Lessons
Act as Line Manager, conducting 1:1s and overseeing daily tasks and priorities
Build a multi-skilled team through effective colleague development
Foster employee engagement through site events and ERG participation
Ensure timely operations and meet inter-department cut-off deadlines
Maintain a visible daily presence on the shop floor
Monitor and optimise team productivity and resource utilisation
