**Job Description:**

Proclinical is seeking an Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations, including goods receipt, order dispatch, and inventory management. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with quality standards and maintaining a safe, efficient working environment. You will work closely with the supply chain team to meet operational goals and adapt to changing business needs.


**Responsibilities:**

- Perform goods receipt and ensure proper storage in temperature-controlled areas (room temperature, chilled, frozen).

- Accurately pick and pack customer orders, adhering to quantity, batch, expiry, and temperature requirements.

- Prioritize urgent tasks, including cross-docked items and backorders, for timely processing.

- Load and unload vehicles and handle materials across the site.

- Replenish stock bins for picking and manage inventory movements.

- Segregate, record, and update the status of returned products per procedures.

- Ensure all customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time, meeting compliance and quality standards.

- Maintain a clean, safe working environment and undamaged saleable stock.

- Support daily inventory checks and contribute to process improvements.

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.

- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and safety guidelines.


**Key Skills and Requirements:**

- Basic qualifications in Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent); additional qualifications in logistics or forklift operations are desirable.

- Experience in warehousing, supply chain, or logistics operations.

- Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management Systems (SAP R-3, SAP EWM) and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and achieving results.

- Commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.

- Forklift truck driving experience is advantageous but not essential.
