The role
We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our innovative and established Distribution team. This permanent role is full time for 40hours per week based onsite from Monday to Friday - working hours are 9am - 5pm.
The key accountabilities of the role are:

• Ensure all obligations are met by you and your team, to provide a safe and thriving working environment.
  
• Raising any concerns to your line manager
  
• Communicate with your peers in the warehouse or transport throughout your shift to ensure collaborative working
  
• Support with planning ahead and planning resources, thinking about overtime, bookings and annual leave
  
• Complete daily compliance reports to support your line manager for safety guidelines
  Role requirements
  In order to be considered for this position, the essential requirements for the role are:
  
• At least 1-2 years Leadership experience (Warehouse Leadership is desirable)
  
• A good communicator
  
• You must be able to deal with competing demands and prioritize well
  
• You must have a can do attitude
