Role Overview -

As a member of the Veeva Support Team, you will provide the highest level of customer support to our UK Head Office and Field based users. You will address queries from 1st – 2nd line via multiple platforms (Telephone, livechat, genius bar, deskside) as well as check core processes are being completed correctly.

In addition, analysts in the Technology Team, provide 1st line support for customers in best-in-class use of our technology platforms. You’ll do this through directly supporting customers who have issues on the Service Desk, proactively running platform training sessions and creating simple, ‘how-to’ guides. When joining the Technology Team, you’ll be supported from Day 1 in how to become a platform expert across the wide range of the technologies we deploy. From picking up hands on skills in how to use our CRM systems all the way through to being able to support in developing technical documentation on our data cloud and analytics environment. By joining the team you’ll gain experience and exposure to a wide range of technologies and be able to provide a first line of support to all our business users.

Essential Skills / Qualifications


  • Experience in Veeva
  • Experience in Veeva Events
  • IT Support experience in large organisations
  • Experience in logging tickets – Service Now advantageous
  • Experience of dealing with all levels of stakeholders
  • Solution minded / process driven / pro-actively support user audience
  • Experience of following processes / monitoring process to identify errors
