With this role you have theoption of working from home or from our regional offices - or ablend between the two!Salary! £35,000 - £45,000As the RegulatoryCompliance Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring ourservices meet all regulatory requirements and quality standards.Your key responsibilities will include:Compliance Oversight:Support the Nominated Individual and Registered Managers in allaspects of regulatory compliance, registration, and inspectionprocesses.Quality Improvement: Champion continuous improvementinitiatives by analysing quality data and trends, and implementingeffective systems and practices.Expert Guidance: Provide expertadvice to operational teams, ensuring adherence to the Health andSocial Care Act and associated regulations.Risk Management:Actively track and report on quality data, ensuring that lessonslearned from inspections and audits are implementedpromptly.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positiverelationships with regulators, commissioners, and other externalstakeholders to promote best practices and enhance our charitysreputation.At Community Integrated Care, our values are at theheart of everything we do.
