Responsibilities: 1. Respond toRFI (Requests for Information) and similar client / prospectiveclient questionnaires 2. Provide support for and respond to Requestfor Proposals (RfPs) 3. Receive and analyze RFIs and RfPs for largescale New Business Development and ensure distribution to theoperational groups in a timely manner 4. Establish timelines forcompletion of deliverables 5. Coordinate and lead group discussionswith internal stakeholders relevant for each RFI / RfP 6. Work withcounterparts in departments to present a harmonized response toclient requirement documents (RFI / RfPs), ensuring thatdeliverables are similar in content, style, structure, accuracy andquality 7. Verify that budgets are accurate and verify that companyprocesses are followed 8. Ensure final RFI / RfP response complieswith the stipulated client instructions 9. Ensure timely submissionof high-quality proposals 10. Assist with other proposal-relatedactivities required as part of the pre-sales procurement cycle.Required Qualifications: 1. German proficiency required 2.Bachelor’s Degree / Educational background in business or LifeScience 3. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in proposalmanagement / pre-sales 4. Fluency in English (C1 level CEFR) 5.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. MS Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Writer, Teams and SharePoint) 6.Numerate / analytical skills, with an aptitude for numbers 7.Autonomous, concentrated and commitment to delivering high-qualitywork 8. Ability to work in a team, but also independently 9. Senseof responsibility 10. Demonstrate critical thinking and problemsolving skills. 11. Open minded and willingness to work in aninternational team in a matrix structure 12. Strong work ethic andadaptable 13. Flexibility / Change Management DesirableQualifications: 1. Clear understanding of processes and needs inrelevance to the pharmaceutical industry 2. Desire to understandclients’ structures and specific needs for each 3.
