Unit Nurse Manager (RMN)Hours: 36 hours per week- DaysSalary: £23.91 per hour + £2000 Golden Hello BonusLocation:: Carlisle, CA2 7PWAs a Unit Nurse Manager (Mental Health) at our client's care home, youll use your compassion and initiative to make sure our residents get the quality care they deserve. Well look to you to plan, manage and monitor the delivery of the highest quality nursing and mental health care. Youll assess the needs of your residents and implement people-centred care plans that make a real difference to our residents day-to-day lives. As part of your wide range of responsibilities, youll plan rotas, recruit, train and mentor staff and build strong relationships with local regulators and social services. As a Unit Nurse Manager (Mental Health), youll have the freedom and autonomy to take your unit from strength to strength, with plenty of opportunities for professional development along the way.ABOUT YOUTo join us as a Unit Nurse Manager (Mental Health), youll be a Registered Nurse RMN (or RGN with experience working with people living with dementia) registration. You will hold current NMC registration and have a successful track record of well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. Well also look for an up-to-date knowledge in the most recent clinical practices and an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Youll be a natural leader who has acted as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship.
