Job Description: Sales Manager (Asset Management) - UK Based - £70-90k - £40k OTE (Exclusive)
About the Company:
The company is a well-established vendor of industrial software, including MES, SCADA, IT/OT, CMMS, and Cyber Security Software.
About the Role:
The Sales Manager will develop relationships with new and existing customers across industries such as Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Petrochemical, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
Maintain a CRM system with contact and sales opportunity information.
Display technical understanding of the company's products and services.
Adjust selling prices based on costs, competition, and market demand.
Organize sales visits, product demonstrations, and reference visits.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Consulting. Strong written, verbal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Required Skills:
Analytical mindset, team player, leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Industrial Software or Automation.
