Job Description: Sales Manager (Asset Management) - UK Based - £70-90k - £40k OTE (Exclusive)
About the Company:
The company is a well-established and recognized vendor of industrial software, including MES, SCADA, IT/OT, CMMS, and Cyber Security Software.
About the Role:
The Sales Manager will develop relationships with new and existing customers across various industries such as Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Petrochemical, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
Responsibilities:
Enable team sales requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; follow up on work results.
Maintain a CRM system with contact information, sales opportunities, and activity data.
Display technical understanding of the company's products and services to customers.
Adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply/demand.
Organize sales visits, product demonstrations, and reference visits.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Consulting. Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
Required Skills:
Analytical mindset, team player, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Industrial Software/Automation.
