Expected Salary

Commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Requirements

Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes* plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification/License in the state of Florida
  • Federal DEA Certification.
  • Medical Degree – M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent.
  • Board certified in Family Medicine.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program.
