Experienced Treatment Co-ordinator – Harley Street, London | Up to £40k ?
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Treatment Co-ordinator to join a high-end private dental clinic in the prestigious Harley Street area. If you have a strong background in specialist dentistry, excellent communication skills, and a talent for treatment planning and case conversions — this could be the perfect next step in your career.
? Position Overview:
Job Title: Treatment Co-ordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Harley Street, Central London
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 40 – 45 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP? Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience)

Exposure to a wide range of specialist treatments?️ About the Role: As our Treatment Co-ordinator, you’ll be the key link between patients and clinicians — providing exceptional care, guiding patients through complex treatment plans, and helping them make informed decisions. You’ll need to be confident in presenting treatment options, managing patient queries, and converting consultations into booked treatment.
? Requirements:
Essential: Experience working as a Treatment Co-ordinator in a private dental setting
Essential: Strong knowledge of implant, oral surgery, cosmetic and general dentistry
Essential: Confident with treatment planning and skilled in sales/conversion
Experience with Arona dental software preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
