The ideal candidate will have some previous sales experience and a strong drive to succeed in a target-driven environment. You’ll receive full training to develop your skills in sourcing talent, managing client relationships, and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and engage with candidates through various channels
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
• Achieve sales and activity targets

• Previous sales or business development experience (any industry)
