Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex (Office-Based)

Global Life Science Hub is a specialist recruitment partner within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. We are seeking a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team, focusing on the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.


The ideal candidate will have some previous sales experience and a strong drive to succeed in a target-driven environment. You’ll receive full training to develop your skills in sourcing talent, managing client relationships, and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
