The role we’re hiring for is a Trainee Kitchen Fire Suppression Service Engineer to join our team based in the North London area. As a Kitchen Fire Suppression Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining fire suppression systems in commercial kitchens. We will support you while you are training, which includes industry-relevant courses, offering a clear career path to becoming a Fire Suppression Installation Engineer. Your desire, willingness, and commitment to forging a career within a unique sector is required, as we invest in your future and watch you grow professionally.

What you’ll receive from joining us:

For this role, a salary of £26,000 is offered, with a salary increase after the initial training and thereafter as your knowledge and experience grow. Additionally, we offer 25 days' holiday per year + Bank Holidays, your birthday off, Company Pension, Van (reasonable personal use allowed), Phone, and uniform. We’ll also provide you with industry-specific training and academic courses. Must have a full UK Driving License.  

Key Responsibilities:

Service and maintain Kitchen Fire Suppression systems to a high standard, sometimes working in greasy conditions
Communicate professionally with clients as you’ll be the face of the company
Maintain stock levels on your van to ensure you can complete servicing while on site
Be proactive in delivering high standards of customer serviceCan you show experience in some of these areas?

Adaptable and willing to travel extensively for work
Comfortable with a shift pattern, including early, late, and night shifts
Willing to drive to various locations and stay away from home as needed – Extensive travel
