Job Description

The Total Rewards Consultant will directly support the Solutions Group global with a strong focus on Europe. The person will be responsible for all individual and group compensation matters and participate in core total rewards processes.

Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the annual compensation planning processes (merit, bonus, sales incentives, equity) and benefits renewal processes, while continually optimizing these processes.

  • Conduct annual market pricing and employee analysis for the supported countries.

  • Research best practices, understand business needs, and implement Total Rewards programs that align with the strategic people plan.

  • Provide consultation and technical advice to HR management and business leaders on C&B policies and programs as required.

  • Support the organization’s pay transparency and pay equity processes.

  • Responsible for implementing global initiatives, including policy amendments and communications, in the regions.

  • Support M&A

  • Collaborate with Global Workforce Operations (GWO) on survey participation in the regions and other ad-hoc C&B matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related discipline preferred.

  • 8+ years of related compensation experience.

  • Functional area certification or equivalent (e.g. CCP, CBP) a plus.

  • International exposure is a plus.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail; strong analytical skills and ability to gather key insights from quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Self-directed with critical thinking ability.

  • Ability to take moderately complex projects and see them through completion.

  • Skilled in organizing and prioritizing work to balance various competing responsibilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing, and matrix environment; ability to work independently and in team environments.

  • Excellent leadership, relationship building, and teamwork skills.

  • Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of the organization.
