Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides an objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries. Our LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. The LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team seeks a sharp Content Quality Assurance Specialist, covering the Russian community markets to help create a better space for content creators and users. You will review TikTok Live's content and enforce policy decisions related to content. You will be on the front lines, handling sensitive, complex user-facing issues to protect the platform and keep users safe. The successful applicant will come with a track record of communicating effectively and working with employees and leadership at all levels of the organization to assist in meeting business unit goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree, along with two years of relevant experience in content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance.2. Proficiency in both English and Russian is essential, as you will be required to review external Russian language content.3. Proficiency with office software such as Excel, Word, etc. Preferred Qualifications:1. Proven experience in data processing and other data analysis capabilities2. Experience within technology or BPO sectors
