  • Territory Manager – Central London
  • Territory Manager – Home Counties & Essex

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a strategic field-based role with responsibility for building long-term customer partnerships and unlocking sales growth across a defined region. Reporting into a Regional Sales Manager, your focus will include:

  • Developing and executing account plans that drive sales across implants, IOS (intraoral scanning), and restorative components.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across independent clinics, corporate groups and labs.
  • Providing clinical and commercial support to help customers integrate cutting-edge technology into their workflows.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Services, Finance and Tech teams to deliver end-to-end customer excellence.
  • Maintaining accurate records via CRM tools, analysing territory performance, and proactively identifying growth potential.
  • Representing the brand at trade shows, events and key customer meetings.


What We’re Looking For

This isn’t just about selling, it’s about consulting. We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and creating value:

  • Experiencemedical devices, diagnostics, capital equipment, surgical sales, optical, audiology, and pharmaceuticalencouraged to apply
  • Ideally3+ yearsin a field-based commercial role
  • Confident navigating clinics, hospitals or labs and engaging in a consultative manner
  • Commercially savvy, data-driven and results-focused
  • Strong communication skills, able to influence and build rapport with decision-makers
  • Based within territory, with a full UK driving license
