International Candidate Manager │Medical Devices We’re looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join a leading medical technology company within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) space. This field-based role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with life-saving cardiac devices, supporting clinical teams across the North of the UK.
You’ll provide technical expertise during implantations and follow-ups, train healthcare professionals, and act as a key clinical contact across a wide territory. It’s a high-impact role that combines technical knowledge, clinical presence, and customer-facing service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote technical support during device implantations and patient follow-up
Assist with clinical trials, troubleshooting, product configurations, and upgrades
Deliver product training to internal teams and healthcare professionals
Build strong relationships with cardiologists, EPs, and clinical teams at key accounts
Coordinate with sales and product teams to support business development
Support regional and national events, congresses, and training sessions
Maintain compliance with reporting processes, documentation, and quality standards
Who We’re Looking For:
Background in Cardiac Physiology, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline
At least 3 years of experience working in CRM, ideally in pacemaker/ICD/CRT clinics or field roles
Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and device therapy
Confident communicator — able to clearly explain complex technical issues to clinical teams
Comfortable with high travel demands (50–70%) and occasional on-call support
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and excellent organisational skills
Full UK driver’s license required
Preferred (But Not Essential):
IBHRE or HRUK certification in cardiac devices or EP
Experience supporting implantations or working in a Cardiac Cath Lab
Familiarity with device interrogation, troubleshooting, and data interpretation
