Technical Support Engineer (Medtech, Product Sustaining)

Warwick- Hybrid working

£30,000 – 40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

As Technical Support Engineer you’ll be part of a team of specialist engineers who provide solutions to complex product technical issues identified from the operation of the Quanta Dialysis System and associated platforms in the field. The team is responsible for positively influencing treatment outcomes across all Quanta deployed clinical and home-based sites, by ensuring the performance of the Quanta platforms in the field is optimised.

As Technical Support Engineer you’ll lead investigations, conduct detailed diagnostics, and propose solutions to issues identified and assigned to you.

Quanta Dialysis Technologies is on a mission to make dialysis accessible to every patient in every setting with its innovative QD system. With its compact size, intuitive design and GUI interface, and proven performance, QDS offers a solution that delivers powerful clinical outcomes.

As the preferred candidate for the role of Technical Support Engineer you’ll have:

Engineering qualifications in biomedical engineering or similar and/or engineering background

Previous work experience supporting electro-mechanical equipment in a safety critical or high integrity environment is advantageous.

Demonstratable skills in root cause analysis, investigation, trending data, troubleshooting, technical report writing and recommending solutions to longer term issues.

Experience at interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process both verbally and in the form of technical reports – our customers include clinical professionals and patients
