About The Role

As a Technical Support Business Analyst, you will provide essential technical support across multiple Commercial IT platforms and projects. Your role will involve understanding business needs, facilitating solution delivery, and optimizing IT processes.
About The Role

As a Technical Support Business Analyst, you will provide essential technical support across multiple Commercial IT platforms and projects. Your role will involve understanding business needs, facilitating solution delivery, and optimizing IT processes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver appropriate solutions through internal and outsourced technology providers.
Proactively seek opportunities for process improvements and optimize IT solutions delivery.
Facilitate and document requirements gathering workshops.
Support project testing activities by identifying end-to-end scenarios and documenting test scripts.
Assist development teams during implementation by clarifying requirements and ensuring they align with functional specifications.
Provide documentation, approvals, and other support as needed.

Skills And Qualifications

Experience with CRM applications (IQVIA OCE, Veeva, Salesforce.com).
Previous experience working within the pharma industry is a must.
Desirable: Experience with marketing automation and digital initiatives.
Proven track record in requirement gathering, process mapping, testing, and documentation.
Desirable: Experience with Computer System Validation.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing.
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
